In just a few days we’ll be saying goodbye to longer days, shorter nights, and weather that’s nothing short of miserable. Can you tell what my least favorite season is? The end of summer is nearing, so to close out this season, I thought of sharing an end of summer cocktail recipe.
About Fizzy ATL
Even though we’re in that time of the year, where I long for the crisp air to cut through the trees, as their leaves slowly fall to the ground, hiding the grass beneath them; summer is still ever so present. It’s just the beginning of September, but before we bid farewell to the heat, I want to share a mouth-watering end of summer cocktail.
This one is good… good because it’s from Fizzy ATL! They are the BEST event bartenders that I have had the chance to work with. Not only are their drinks the most beautiful and delicious, but they also come with the cutest little Italian Piaggio Ape car; turned into a mobile bar. You can find Billy and Casey, the owners of Get Fizzy, around Atlanta and across Georgia serving “cocktails, wine, prosecco, beer, kombucha, cold brew and almost any other beverage imaginable.”
The End of Summer Cocktail
Today I’m sharing Fizzy’s sweet drink, Fig and Honey Margarita, that Billy created for an editorial I planned awhile back. If you like a fruity cocktail, you’ll really like the Acacia honey, grapefruit, and lime juice that’s inside this one.
I’ll be sharing more of Fizzy’s cocktails from time to time, so come back for more recipes to sip on. Let me know if you try this one.
